Jeff Trombetta is a seasoned culinary educator and hospitality professional, currently serving as a full professor and acting director of the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Program at Norwalk Community College since 1999, where responsibilities include teaching a comprehensive range of courses and overseeing program operations for 150 students. As president of Chef Jeff, LLC, Trombetta specializes in training culinary professionals in menu execution and efficiency.
