Cfmp Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith, CFMP, currently serves as the AVP, CRM & Marketing Database Specialist at Norway Savings Bank, a position held since June 2017, with prior roles in CRM and customer relations. In earlier experience, Shannon founded Shape Up with Shannon, providing personalized training and nutrition guidance from August 2009 to June 2017. Additionally, from March 2004 to April 2008, Shannon worked at PeoplesChoice Credit Union as a Visa Clerk, handling customer debit and credit card services. Shannon holds a degree from the American Bankers Association, having completed the Bank Marketing School in April 2022.
