Lāsma Vaisjuna

Lāsma Vaisjuna has extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Operations for Norwegian since November 2020, after holding the position of Customer Care Manager. Previously, Lāsma worked at Webhelp from March 2018 to November 2020 as a Project Coordinator and Senior Team Leader. Early career roles included serving as a Project Manager Assistant and Team Leader at Runway > Your Outsourcing Partner and as a Manager at Klondaika from June 2014 to June 2017. Lāsma's educational background includes studies at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences and Rīgas Pedagoģijas un Izglītības Vadības Augstskola.
