Liga Supe

Liga Supe is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting Shared Services at Norwegian since September 2022, Liga leads transformation initiatives to optimize global financial operations and implement AI-driven automation in accounts payable. Previously, as Head of Accounting Department at Luminor Latvija from October 2017 to August 2022, Liga facilitated accounting transformation after the merger of Nordea & DNB, overseeing large-scale functions including payroll and IFRS reporting. Prior roles at DNB Banka Latvija and Cantus Group involved managing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving financial reporting quality. Liga's career began at EY, where responsibilities included full-scope accounting for international clients and team leadership. Liga holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Banking Institution of Higher Education.
