Stephen Kavanagh

Stephen Kavanagh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Chair of the Organising Committee for the Aer Lingus College Football Classic since January 2019, Stephen Kavanagh holds multiple non-executive director roles at Norwegian, Oman Air, Oman Airports Management Company, CDB Aviation, and Aer Lingus. Additionally, Stephen Kavanagh is an Advisory Board Member at AAP Aviation. Previously, Stephen Kavanagh has held various senior leadership positions at Aer Lingus, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Corporate Planning Director. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and ongoing studies toward a Master of Business Studies at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, complemented by experience as a Lecturer in Airline Management.
