George Chang

George Chang has extensive experience in the field of medical imaging and PACS administration, beginning as an OEM Engineer for GE Healthcare and Siemens Gammasonics from 1989 to 1999, where responsibilities included system development and equipment research. Following that, George served as a Senior Technical Support at Merge Healthcare/Aurora Technology from 2000 to 2002, managing and coordinating tests for medical diagnostic software. From 2003 to 2007, George worked as a PACS Administrator at the University of Chicago Hospitals, supporting multiple medical facilities. After that, George held the position of PACS Coordinator at Presence Health from 2006 to 2013, focusing on maintaining patient record integrity and troubleshooting imaging equipment. Since April 2015, George has been the PACS Administrator at Norwegian American Hospital, specializing in GE PACS administration. George holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, obtained from 1976 to 1979.
