Kelly Lee

Kelly Lee, PharmD, has served as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Humboldt Park Health since January 2017, where responsibilities include critical care, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, and staffing for inpatient and chemotherapy verification. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Walgreens from September 2006 to December 2016, including Interim Pharmacist In Charge, Staff Pharmacist, and Floating Pharmacist, focusing on personalized patient care through medication dispensing and prescription verification. Kelly obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University between 2007 and 2011 and attended Benedictine University from 2005 to 2007.
