Alba Ordonez is a Senior Research Scientist at Norsk Regnesentral, specializing in developing deep learning algorithms for image classification and segmentation. Prior to this, Alba worked as a Research Geophysicist at PGS, focusing on seismic data acquisition, processing, and imaging. Alba also completed a Post-Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence / Big Data at Télécom ParisTech and holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Oslo.

NR is one of Europe's largest environments in applied statistical modeling. The research institute has 98 employees. Our clients are businesses and public enterprises both in Norway and internationally, the EU, and the Research Council of Norway.
