Amy Strongin

Amy Strongin is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in HR applications delivery. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT HR Applications Delivery at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since August 2021, Amy previously held various roles at Baptist Health South Florida from February 2007 to August 2021, including Manager of IT Business Systems and Supervisor of ERP Systems. Prior to that, Amy worked at Sterling Healthcare as a Project Manager and HRIS Analyst and at KinderCare Learning Centers as Center Director. Amy holds an MBA in Business Administration from William Woods University and a BA in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
