Carmen Santamaria

Carmen Santamaria possesses extensive experience in sales and business development within the cruise industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Latin America and the Caribbean at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Carmen has held various leadership roles including Senior Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Prior to these positions, Carmen worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Atlantic | Pacific Companies, and served in several capacities at Royal Caribbean Cruises, including Regional Executive Sales Support Specialist and Customer Service Supervisor. Carmen is an alumnus of Miami Dade College.
