Flavio Marcone

Flavio Marcone possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Director Technical Superintendent for Norwegian Cruise Line since January 2016. Prior to this role, Flavio spent nearly three decades at Costa Crociere, where responsibilities included Safety Occupational Health Director, overseeing safety management systems and training, and Ship Superintendent, managing vessel maintenance and inspections. In previous positions as Safety Superintendent and Deck Officer, Flavio focused on safety audits, inspections, and various operational roles from cadet to staff captain. Flavio holds an education from Istituto tecnico Nautico C. Colombo.
