Karla Zamora, MSHRM, currently serves as the Shipboard Compensation Coordinator at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where responsibilities include processing compensation changes for eligible crew members and preparing change request forms for management review. Prior roles include Human Resources Assistant at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel, providing assistance with payroll issues and coordinating employment interviews; Human Resources Operations Coordinator (Temp) at City National Bank of Florida, delivering administrative support and managing employment records; and various customer service positions at Best Buy and The Home Depot. Karla holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and previously earned a Bachelor of Health Services Administration from the same institution.
