Martina Huljev

Martina Huljev has over a decade of extensive experience in the hospitality and cruise industry. Currently serving as Guest Service Assistant Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line since March 2013, Martina is responsible for managing immigration, customs, visa matters, and the embarkation and disembarkation processes, while also acting as the primary liaison between the ship and local port agents. Previous roles include Guest Services Manager & Sales Manager at Hotel Antunović Zagreb and a Guest Service Representative at Romana Beach Resort Makarska. In addition to hands-on guest service roles, Martina has held positions that focused on managing communications, reservations, and administrative tasks. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing Management from IVORA IT&MANAGEMENT and a degree from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
