Dena Razmehr

Dena Razmehr is an accomplished Advocacy and Communication Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council since April 2021, specializing in the needs of Afghan refugees in Iran. In this role, Dena provides briefing notes, liaises on fundraising efforts, and leads communication strategies for various grants. Additionally, Dena has previously held positions within the organization as Advocacy and Communication Team Leader and Communication Officer, contributing to advocacy initiatives and contextual updates on Afghan refugees. Prior experience includes a Communication Consultant role at the United Nations Population Fund, where Dena orchestrated campaigns and managed social media, as well as a Communication Assistant role at Ravian Films. Dena holds a Master's degree in Regional Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Allameh Tabataba'i University.
