François-Xavier Dosogne has extensive work experience in project management and information management in the humanitarian and healthcare sectors. François-Xavier started their career at Philips Belgium-Barcelona as a Customer Technical Agent before moving on to PAUL HOTZ SA as an Operational Manager. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Pictus as a Project Manager and co-founded The Mug, a coworking center. In 2015, they joined Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Digital Project Manager and later became an eHealth Program Manager at MSF Belgique. In this role, they established the MSF OCB eHealth Unit and developed policies and strategies for the organization. From 2018 to 2022, François-Xavier worked as an Information Management Coordinator at SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL, where they optimized information management processes and implemented data protection policies. Currently, they are working at the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Humanitarian Digital Product Lead, responsible for managing projects, coordinating with the tech team, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at CartONG.
François-Xavier Dosogne completed an IT Project Management Orientation Development program at Technobel in 2014. Prior to that, they attended CERAN for Dutch language studies until 2006. François-Xavier holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Louvain School of Management, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. In 2002, François-Xavier studied International Politics at Université catholique de Louvain for a year. François-Xavier completed their secondary education at Collège Saint-Augustin - Enghien from 1991 to 1997. François-Xavier also obtained certifications in Data Protection Officer in Humanitarian Action from the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity in 2021, and PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from EXIN in 2015.
