Patrick Lee

Patrick Lee is an accomplished professional in humanitarian advocacy and compliance, currently serving as the EU Advocacy Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council since April 2024. Previously, Patrick held the position of Country Transparency and Compliance Officer at Acted, where responsibilities included overseeing humanitarian programming compliance in Kenya and Somalia with a significant annual budget. Patrick has also contributed as a consultant for the OECD Public Governance unit, focusing on child poverty and youth empowerment policies, and worked as a Policy Analyst for the Global Education Network Europe, where analysis aimed at improving sustainable development and education. Early career experiences include logistical support for healthcare in refugee camps and roles in development communications. Patrick holds a Master's degree in International Peace and Security Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
