Shireen al Abdallah

Shireen Al Abdallah has extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, currently serving as the House, Land and Property (HLP) Technical Working Group Coordinator for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Gaza since June 2018. In this role, Shireen leads coordination efforts, assessments, technical support, and capacity building, while also engaging in strategy development and advocacy. Prior to this position, Shireen held various roles focused on durable solutions and legal aid in Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon, contributing to training development and compliance with HLP activity plans. Shireen began a career in the legal field as a legal and contract controller at Syriatel Mobile Telecom and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Damascus University, earned in 2007.
