Woldu Terefe is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) professional with extensive expertise in managing MEAL systems across various food security and resilience programs in challenging contexts. Currently serving as the Consortium MEL Lead/Manager for the USAID/BHA Food Security and Resilience Program at the Norwegian Refugee Council, Woldu has previously held significant roles at organizations such as CARE, Oxfam International, and Pact, where responsibilities included designing and implementing comprehensive MEAL systems, providing technical leadership, and ensuring program accountability and quality. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Addis Ababa University, which, combined with over a decade of MEAL experience, supports a strong foundation in data-driven learning and improvement in humanitarian settings.
