Edmund Khanoo

Edmund Khanoo has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. In their most recent position as Chief Financial Officer at NORWESCAP, they were responsible for managing banking and cash management, participating in strategic planning, and ensuring financial statements were prepared accurately. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Finance/Acting CFO at Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey, where they managed finance departments, prepared budgets, and facilitated audits. Mr. Khanoo also has experience as the Director of Finance at the same organization, where they oversaw cash management operations and prepared financial statements. Edmund has worked as a Controller/Consultant at Victoria Village, where they saved the company money by transitioning to self-management and implemented a new accounting system. Additionally, they served as the Accounting Manager at SPECIALTY CARE INC, automating payroll systems and supervising staff accountants. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Field Accounting Analyst at EXTENDICARE CANADA INC, where they assisted with the implementation of new systems and trained staff. Mr. Khanoo also has international experience as a Finance/Administrative Officer at Guyana Volunteer Consultancy Inc, where they received recognition for their financial and accounting reports. Finally, they served as the Finance Controller/General Manager at Colgate Palmolive Guyana Ltd, overseeing operations and managing the accounting department.

Edmund Khanoo's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Guyana, as well as a Diploma in Marketing from the same institution. Edmund has also completed the Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA) program and obtained the designation of CGA. Additionally, Edmund Khanoo has achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Edmund further holds the qualification of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Moreover, they have acquired the certifications of Certified Forensic Accountant (CRFAC) and Registered Forensic Investigator (RFI) from the American Board of Forensic Accounting.
