Tina Stanley

Tina Stanley, Ph.D., SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tina currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Norwescap since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Willow Tree Consulting, LLC as an Owner/Consultant starting from January 2002. From March 2020 to February 2022, they were involved in Human Resources with Celerity Integrated Services, Inc. Tina also held the position of Operations Manager at Lehigh Valley ACT from September 2003 to March 2020. Tina was a Partner at Transport Logistics, Inc. from July 2000 to June 2003. Additionally, they worked as the Administrative Director at Mayfair Festival of the Arts from March 1996 to September 1998.

Tina Stanley, Ph.D., SPHR has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Tina also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in September 2022. Moreover, they hold a Notary Public Commission from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, obtained in May 2019.
