Gav has been with the Foundation for many years, having progressed to his current role as Head of Operations from his original role of Youth Training Coach.
In his current role, he is responsible for the day to day running of the Foundation, whilst helping all projects meet their desired outcomes.
Gav played youth football for Norfolk (U14-18s) and senior football with Gorleston FC.
