Maya Henshaw

Maya Henshaw is currently serving as the Lead Onside Youth Worker at Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, focusing on holistic support for young people and their families to address issues such as poor behavior and school exclusions. Previously, Maya held the position of Multi-Sports Activity Leader at Barracudas Activity Day Camps and worked as Programme Coordinator for The Mintridge Foundation. Maya also gained valuable experience as a Duty Manager at Beccles Lido Limited and as a Lifeguard at Sportspark UEA. An alumnus of Loughborough University, Maya earned a 1st Class Honours BSc degree in Sociology while also completing a foundational education at East Norfolk Sixth Form in Sociology, PE, and Psychology.
