Emma Smith

Emma Smith possesses extensive experience in strategic and service improvement roles, particularly within the public sector. Since February 2007, Emma has served at Norwich City Council, progressing from Service Improvement Officer to Senior Strategy Officer, with a focus on housing strategy. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Business Manager at National Schoolwear Centres from October 2005 to January 2007, and worked at Virgin Money from September 2000 to October 2005 in various IT-related roles, including IT Service Improvement and Information Technology Procurement.
