Lara Emerson

Lara Emerson is an experienced planning professional currently serving as Development Management Team Leader at Norwich City Council, with a tenure beginning in May 2013. Over the years, Lara has progressed through various roles including Senior Planner, Planner (Development Management), Planner (Policy), and Trainee Planner, while also providing support to planning policy initiatives. In addition, Lara contributes as a volunteer with Planning Aid England, assisting communities in developing neighbourhood plans since January 2012. Lara's educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Spatial Planning from University College London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth.
