Policy and Community Relations

The Policy and Community Relations team at Norwich City Council works to develop and implement policies that address community needs, facilitate effective communication between the council and its constituents, and represent the interests of residents. This team also provides support for councillors and officials, manages casework, and enhances civic engagement through organized community events and initiatives.
