Ryan Findlay

Ryan Findlay currently serves as the Director of Sport for Lower School at Norwich School, overseeing sports for students from Infant to Year 6, and fulfilling roles as a form tutor and Maths teacher. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Head of Years 3 and 4 at Langley Preparatory School at Taverham Hall from September 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included pastoral care, curriculum redevelopment, and teaching core subjects. Ryan's coaching experience spans several roles, including Sports Coach at Ryan Findlay Coaching and Head of Youth Development at Horsford Cricket Club. Ryan's educational background includes a PGCE with QTS from the University of Buckingham and a first-class degree in Sports Science and Coaching from Loughborough University.
