Shamika Powell

Shamika Powell has been working as an Assistant Event Coordinator and Server at Norwood Hills Country Club since June 2009. Shamika also served as a Housing liaison at The Salvation Army from December 2021 to December 2023 and as a Career Coach at FAMILY AND WORKFORCE CENTERS OF AMERICA from February 2020 to February 2022. Additionally, Shamika worked as a Workforce Development Specialist at Missouri Job Center Florissant from October 2018 to December 2019 and as a Practicum Student at Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis from August 2016 to May 2017. Shamika is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Lindenwood University starting in 2022. Shamika holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from St. Louis Community College.
