Sandra Love

As the Director of Solutions for Norwood Sandra loves sharing her passion with other healthcare systems in the clinical documentation integrity (CDI) industry. She provides insight into women’s health, pediatrics, and neonates, broadening the focus of CDI beyond the adult population to ensure accurate capture of diagnoses for patients with complex congenital disorders and maternal complications.

Prior to joining Norwood, Sandra helped implement an outpatient CDI program, developed two pediatric CDI programs, began multiple initiatives for adult and pediatric LOS/mortality, and assisted with denial management for pediatrics and neonatology. She has more than 18 years of nursing experience and 12 years in CDI including experience in program development, expansion, alignment, and collaboration with EHR and CDI technology. Sandra also a believer in volunteerism, and previously served on the ACDIS Events Committee, ACDIS Leadership Council, and am a former president of NCACDIS.
