Conor Sheridan

Conor Sheridan is the Founder and CEO of Nory, which offers an AI-powered technology platform for modern hospitality businesses, established in January 2021. Concurrently, Conor serves as GP at FAT Concepts Group since April 2016, focusing on investing in early-stage startups across various sectors, and as Co-Founder of Mad Egg, a fast-casual restaurant group founded in June 2017. Previous experience includes roles as Fund Manager at Davy from April 2015 to June 2016, Business Strategy Consultant at Accenture from September 2014 to April 2015, and Strategy Associate at Ellucian from June 2012 to August 2013. Early in Conor's career, an internship at CampusIT provided foundational industry exposure. Conor holds an Executive Program degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University.
