Bernardo Almeida

Bernardo Almeida, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence and Transformation Manager at NOS SGPS since June 2018. With previous experience as a Product Project Manager and Project Analyst at Portugal Telecom from May 2014 to May 2018, Bernardo has a proven track record in enhancing customer service efficiency and developing innovative TV-based applications, contributing to significant KPIs and customer acquisition strategies. Bernardo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Lisbon, complemented by Master's and Engineer’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico.
