Filipe Cabral

Filipe Cabral is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy, investment, and corporate development within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at NOS SGPS since October 2015, Filipe has developed strategic frameworks to foster business growth and restructuring, completing over 30 internal consulting projects across various units. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Altice Portugal, where Filipe led the architecture strategy for next-generation television platforms, and Head of Wholesale and Roaming at Timor Telecom, focusing on the establishment of the Wholesale Business Unit. Filipe began professional training at Portugal Telecom, contributing to the transport network strategy and the national planning of Digital Terrestrial Television. Filipe holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and an Advanced Training Diploma from Instituto Superior Técnico.
