Hermínio Moutinho

Hermínio Moutinho is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience in network development and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Development at NOS SGPS since June 2014, Hermínio is responsible for the implementation of fixed and mobile networks. Prior to this role, Hermínio held various significant positions at NOS Portugal from January 1994 to May 2014, including Senior Manager of Network Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure O&M Service Director, focusing on the operation and maintenance of HFC networks. Earlier in his career, Hermínio worked for Portugal Telecom as a Principal Electrical Telecommunications Technician specializing in digital and analog transmission systems. Hermínio's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Integrated Systems Management of Quality, Environment, and Safety from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, as well as a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from the same institution, alongside studies in Operations Management at the University of Pennsylvania.
