Inês Testa Santos

Inês Testa Santos has extensive experience in project management and operational transformation, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in both Operational Transformation and Digital Transformation at NOS SGPS since October 2019, following roles in Customer Service Development and Mobile Devices Management. Previous experience includes an internship as a Junior Account Manager at Henkel and an internship at Vodafone. Inês also worked as a Math Tutor at AquiEstudo, managing a group of 30 children to enhance their understanding and interest in mathematics. Additional formative experiences include participation in Junior Achievement's entrepreneurship program and in an international program with EF Education First. Inês holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, supplemented by studies at the University of Tübingen and a Master's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
