João Sande e Lemos

João Sande e Lemos currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Data & AI Transformation Program at NOS SGPS, a role initiated in February 2024, where responsibilities include leading the Data Mesh adoption and managing the Center of Excellence for AI. Previously, from June 2023 to January 2024, João co-founded Talent Kickers, an interactive platform for teaching football skills through AI feedback. A significant tenure at NOS SGPS from 2015 to 2022 involved various roles, including Manager of Digital Marketing and Personalization, where João coordinated digital marketing efforts and project management in agile environments. João's academic qualifications include an MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova and a dual MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and Telecommunications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additional experience includes research in wireless communication and a summer internship at Deloitte in financial services integration.
