Maria Campos

Maria Campos is a Wellbeing Program Manager at NOS SGPS, overseeing the people enablement stream within the Artificial Intelligence program and responsible for launching a GPT-like internal tool. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Talento Jovem, where Maria managed university relations and recruitment for internships and the trainee program, as well as Junior Talent Acquisition, handling CV screening and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes a Global Culture & Experience Internship at Selina, focusing on employee experience and cultural implementation, and a summer internship at Causa & Feito in the Accounting Office. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consultancy from ISCTE Business School, a summer course in International Business and Finance from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Coimbra.
