Maria Laura Prata has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Mobile Devices Manager at NOS SGPS since May 2014, where responsibilities include device procurement, commercial management, and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Maria held roles as After Sales Manager and After Sales Product Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience through service channels and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes After Sales Project Manager at Optimus - Comunicações S.A., where Maria developed customer experience improvement projects, and a Commercial Assistant role at Caixa Geral de Depósitos. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Management with a Marketing major and an undergraduate degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
