Eno-Edobor Thomas Aidenogie

MR ENO-EDOBOR THOMAS Aidenogie retired voluntarily after thirty-five years of maintaining service from the Nigerian Police. He joined the Nigeria Police on 1st January 1985 as a Cadet Inspector and rose to the position Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP).

During his time in the Nigerian Police, he worked in various Commands and departments in the course of service. He was at a time PPRO and O/C legal Ogun State Police Command between 2001-2003. O/C legal, DPO ‘B’ Division and ‘C’ Division respectfully in Niger State Command, 2003-2006 before posted to Detective College, PDC – Enugu as legal instructor in 2006. Legal officer in the office of the Inspector General of Police in 2007 – 2008.

He was later deployed to Staff College, PSC – Jos in 2008 – 2011 as legal instructor again and trainer, after four years at PSC – Jos, he was posted to Lagos State Police Command. He functioned in various offices as O/C Human Right Resources Centre HRRC in the office of the Commissioner of Police, DPO Elemoro and Ijesha-tedo Division respectively. O/C Area ‘B’ Command Apapa, o/c legal, State ECD Panti Yaba, o/c Provost Marshal of Lagos State Command and later o/c State Anti-Robbery Section D9 at the state SCID, Panti Yaba.

Aidenogie holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, and attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in June 2001. He later proceeded to obtain a Diploma in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Lagos. He holds several professional certifications obtained within and outside Nigeria. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police-United State of America (IACP-USA).
