Christina Koumourzi-Ridil, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and public relations. Christina currently holds the position of VP People at Noscendo GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at naontek AG as an HR Manager from September 2020 to August 2022, and as a Senior Recruiter from July 2019 to September 2020. Christina also gained HR experience at Hampden & Co plc, where they served as an HR Advisor from October 2018 to June 2019, and as an HR Assistant from August 2017 to October 2018. Christina has worked as an HR Assistant at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs from July 2017 to August 2017, and previously had a student placement in Human Resources at the same organization from October 2016 to March 2017. Additionally, they have experience in public relations, having worked as a Public Relations professional at Grand Resort Lagonissi, Helios Hotels & Resorts from June 2014 to September 2016. Early in their career, Christina also worked as a Research Assistant at Paragon Europe from November 2015 to February 2016.

Christina Koumourzi-Ridil (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse education history. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University. Continuing their education in 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Professional Banker Certificate from the Chartered Banker Institute. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, Christina earned a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in International Relations from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Peloponesse. During their studies, they also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Sabanci University in 2013 and 2014, focusing on Social Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Christina has also obtained a certification in German Employment Law for Line Managers from Haufe Akademie in May 2022. This certification further enhances their knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resource Management.
