Dick Leach has been working at Nosco since May 1992 in various quality management positions and now serves as the Vice President of Quality. Dick is responsible for maintaining a harmonized Quality System across all manufacturing sites, managing teams, and overseeing cultural change initiatives. Prior to Nosco, Dick worked at Multi-Color Corporation as a Customer Service Representative. Dick holds a BS in Management from Northern Michigan University.
