Comprised of executive-level members including the President, VPs of various departments such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Quality, as well as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of People Operations, this team ensures alignment across functions to drive process excellence, foster innovation, and maintain high-quality standards. They focus on optimizing internal processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and spearheading initiatives that support Nosco's mission to deliver efficient, innovative, and secure packaging solutions.
