Rasmus Aaen Madsen

Rasmus Aaen Madsen is an experienced investor and board member with a strong track record in various companies. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Investor at Nosco since March 2015, Rasmus has held significant leadership roles including Chairman of the Board at eeSea from February 2017 until its acquisition by Xeneta in August 2025, and at NicecreamCPH until its acquisition by Hansens Is in December 2022. Additional board positions include Chairman of the Board at Deecido from January 2022 to June 2025, and at Forecast until its acquisition by Accelo in July 2025. Rasmus has also contributed to early-stage investments through Sortedam Ventures and has provided leadership across multiple ventures, including ServiceLovers and acto. Rasmus holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and MBA degrees from London South Bank University and Universidad CEU San Pablo.
