Matthew Hodge is a skilled manufacturing engineer with a comprehensive background in engineering project management and product integration. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nosler, Inc. since September 2022, Matthew previously held positions at GERBER as a New Product Integration Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Oregon Tech Racing, overseeing SAE documentation and manufacturing responsibilities. Matthew's expertise extends to roles at Leupold + Stevens, Inc., where responsibilities included project management, tool design, and continuous improvement initiatives. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology and additional education from Washington State University, Matthew Hodge brings a strong technical background and project management skills to the engineering field.
