Erin Lee

Erin Lee is an Associate at Nossaman LLP since September 2023, specializing in advising clients on public-private partnerships, design-build projects, and alternative delivery infrastructure. Erin is skilled in drafting non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, and terms of service agreements, with experience in securities compliance and venture financing. Prior legal roles include serving as a Student Attorney at the Start-Up Ventures Clinic at Duke Law and interning at Mission Law and Dumac Corp. Erin also worked as a Research Assistant at the Duke Center on Law & Tech and was involved with UCLA Residential Life and the TAS Corporate Restructuring Team at EY.
