Simon Adams

Simon Adams is a seasoned real estate attorney and corporate lawyer with extensive expertise in real estate leasing transactions, construction contract matters, and various types of property, including office, industrial, technology laboratories, data centers, telecom towers, and retail. Currently serving as a Partner at Nossaman LLP since August 2018, Simon previously held a Partner position at Reed Smith LLP from September 2000 to July 2018 and worked as a Solicitor at Hewitson Becke + Shaw LLP from July 1997 to May 2000. Simon began the professional career as a Trainee Manager at Northampton Bakeries Limited from June 1995 to July 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Cardiff University, completion of the California Bar Exams at Golden Gate University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law.
