Kathy Truong possesses extensive experience in operations, project management, and policy analysis across various organizations. Currently serving in an operations role at AttoTude since March 2024, Truong previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at NosTerra Ventures from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior roles include Policy Analyst for the County Board of Supervisors under Supervisor Cindy Chavez, where strategic policy recommendations were developed, and roles in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Congressional Aide and Scheduler for Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Coordinator for the International Children's Assistance Network, leading planning and implementation efforts for health initiatives. Kathy Truong earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences from UC Irvine in June 2014.
