Patricia Drea

Patricia Drea has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Patricia began their career as a Legal Executive at Kennedy Fitzgerald Solicitors, where they provided legal support in various areas of law. Patricia then joined Google, initially as an EMEA Onboarding Specialist, before taking on roles as an HR Operation Specialist and later as an Onboarding Team Lead. Patricia then worked at Facebook as a Peeps Coordinator - Travel. Patricia then moved to Oath, which is now known as Verizon Media, as a Human Resources Client Advisor. Patricia later joined Verizon Media as a Senior HR Advisor. Currently, they are working at Nostra as an H.R. Manager and has recently been promoted to the role of Head of People Experience.

Patricia Drea's education history includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Employment Law in Practice from the Law Society of Ireland, completed from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2019. In 2013 to 2014, they earned a Diploma in HR Management CIPD from the National College of Ireland. Their undergraduate education consists of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Galway, completed from 2003 to 2005, and a B.A. in Public and Social Policy from the same university, obtained from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources and HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2019, respectively.
