Maariyah Bhayat-Poole holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and completed a CIMA Certificate at BPP University. With extensive experience at Computershare from July 2019 to April 2025, Maariyah served as Global Head of People Experience, Global Head of Payroll, and Global Head of People Transformation & Portfolio Management. Prior to this, Maariyah worked as a Management Consultant at KPMG UK from October 2016 to June 2019.
