Klaus Aden

Klaus Aden is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at LAB & Company since September 2002, Klaus has a strong background as a Founding Partner at Not Actively Looking since 2015. Prior roles include Principal at Penrhyn International from 2002 until April 2022 and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles from 1999 to 2002, where Klaus led the European energy and utilities practice and the German industrial practice.
