Sean Grieve

Sean Grieve is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Chef at Blue Arrow since October 2023. Prior to this role, Grieve held various positions including Sous Chef at Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport from January to June 2022, and Chef at BaxterStorey from April 2021 to January 2022. Grieve also has experience as Sous Chef and Head Chef at The Cults Hotel between June 2019 and February 2020, as Head Chef at Cairn Hotel Group Aberdeen from December 2018 to June 2019, and as Head Chef at Mains of Scotstown from July 2017 to December 2018. Earlier roles include Sous Chef at 99 Bar and Kitchen from February 2016 to May 2017. Grieve's culinary education was completed at North East Scotland College from 1990 to 1991.
