Jennifer Nguyen, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Finance for a Not for Profit organization since March 2022 and is a co-owner of Tiny Hoppers, a daycare facility in New Westminster, Queensborough, which provides quality care to the community since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Finance at Vancouver Foundation from June 2020 to May 2022 and Supervisor of Financial Reporting at the City of Richmond between February 2017 and June 2020. Jennifer's extensive experience in finance and business management reflects a strong commitment to community-oriented services and effective financial oversight.

Provide overall vision and leadership in growing the programs and participation within a Faith based NGO community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Selecting and working with new board members, Program selection and management, Development/Fundraising to include: Annual Golf Tournament(s) Super Bowl Parties, Oktoberfest Activities, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Party, Retreats, Silent Auctions, Major Gift Solicitation, and more -The funds raised provided support for our fallen military and their families; helped feed the hungry in our community, and provided struggling families partial scholarships for education and books -Raised Operational Funding for Edmund Rice School/Barry University Transferrable: Develop appropriate cultivation strategies, including working with volunteers - Move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure - Make solicitations when appropriate - Maintain stewardship contacts with donors; adhere to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance; reflect optimistic and positive attitude, and convey sensitivity to needs of the donor
